Our Story

SKS Pavillion was founded in 2013 by Dato’ See Hoon Chuan, who named the company after his two sons, See Khang and See Khai. From the beginning, SKS has been more than a company — it is a family promise to create places that endure across generations.

The name Pavillion, with its distinctive double “L,” reflects that promise. Each “L” stands as a pillar of the family: two brothers, two legacies, united by a vision of longevity and love. Just as a pavilion is a place of gathering, protection, and beauty, SKS Pavillion embodies our commitment to building spaces that elevate living while standing the test of time.

Today, SKS Pavillion continues to grow as a symbol of luxury and legacy — creating landmark developments that honour our heritage while shaping the future. The double “L” is our mark: a reminder that everything we build carries forward not one, but two legacies.

What does SKS Pavillion do?

Johor Bahru is our home, so at the moment, yes. However, we are looking to actively extend across Malaysia and the UK. We focus on high-impact projects that blend global standards with local character.

Do you only develop in Johor Bahru?

Yes. We currently have a few units left for sale directly from the developers’ inventory, with no agent fees. Please reach out if you would like to inquire.
